Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By making a booking with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our web site from time to time.
Reservation and Confirmation
Reservations should be made in writing (via letter, fax or email) directly to Asia Vision Travel’s office in Hanoi. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty percent) deposit is requested. The rest of the total payment should be settled to Asia Vision Travel at least 20 working days prior to clients’ arrival. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the Client’s bookings without any refund of sums already paid to Asia Vision Travel by the Clients. Clients may choose to pay the full price rather than a deposit, thereby avoiding a second transfer fee.
- For all Urgent Booking which is less than 20 working days to the tour departure date: Full Tour/Service payment is required upon confirmation.
Payment Policy
Payment can be made by cash, credit cards (VISA, MASTER, AMEX) or telegraphic transfer. Except for cash payment, a service charge may apply.
Any bank charges levied by the sending bank relating to transfers to Asia Vision Travel must be paid by the Client.
A surcharge of 3% will be applied to payment by VISA or MASTER, and 4% for the payment by AMEX.
We will make your booking and send you a tour confirmation letter within 3 working days once your payment has been processed.

Note: Child under 12 years old sharing room with one adult will be charged 90 % of the tour price.
Privacy Policy
Your full consent to our processing personal information about you and other members of your party. We will hold your name, address and any other details you supply us within on our database. This information will be used to make your travel arrangements and to send you information about us in the future. In order to reserve your travel arrangements we will need to pass your details to companies and individuals, where less stringent data protection controls may be in place. We will not pass on your details to any third parties at any time that are not responsible for your travel arrangements.
Cancellation
Asia Vision Travel reserves the right to levy cancellation fees when such charges are levied by suppliers, hotels, carriers, restaurants or any other contractors. Charges may also be levied at the sole discretion of Asia Vision Travel for planning, consulting and ancillary expenses etc. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date Asia Vision Travel receives Client’s cancellation notice in writing and would be applied as follows:
1/ Air tickets and Hotel will be charged depending on their policies.
2/ Tour services will be charged as stated below:
- From 20 working days prior to arrival date: 20% of total tour/service cost.
- From 12 working days prior to arrival date: 50% of total tour/service cost.
- From 05 working days prior to arrival or no show: NO REFUND of total tour cost
There will be NO REFUNDS given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
Liability
Acting only as an intermediary between its clients and hotels, carriers or any other contractors, Asia Vision Travel shall in no event be liable for any accidents, loss, injury, damage, death, delay as a result of any circumstances not attributable to the negligence of willful default of Asia Vision Travel including any act or event beyond the control of Asia Vision Travel and its contractors.
Asia Vision Travel shall not be responsible and/or liable for additional expenses and/or damages incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action, unrest, strikes, acts of war or other force majeure.
Any flights which are booked by Asia Vision Travel are booked and confirmed subject to availability with the airline. We are unable to take responsibility for any airline delays, cancellations or disruptions which can happen in the airline industry and are out of our control. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occurs, Asia Vision Travel will endeavour to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
Insurance
Asia Vision Travel strongly recommend the clients to obtain reputable travel and medical insurance appropriate for their circumstances and will assume that they have done so. Unless they notify Asia Vision Travel otherwise we advise clients to check policies for clauses referring to hazardous activities as insurers vary in this matter. We also recommend clients carry their policy during the flights and tour.
Vaccinations etc.
As soon as you have booked your tour, Asia Vision Travel recommend you to visit your medical practitioner in case any vaccinations or prophylactics are necessary. Please note that most doctors follow guidelines covering whole countries when advising clients, whereas local circumstances can vary from place to place within a country thus rendering some prophylactics unnecessary.
We do not give specific advice on this matter as we are not experts, but international clinics and branches of the World Health Organisation can usually provide information about local situations
Force Majeure
Force majeure means that Asia Vision Travel will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change any tour/Service because of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include, but are not limited to, accidents and related delays, unplanned marches, demonstrations and organised disruption, police operations, unforeseen road hazards, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other similar events outside our control.
