JOIN IN – A Glimpse of Vietnam 10 days

Day 1: Hanoi arrival (DP)

On arrival at Noi Bai Airport in the afternoon, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Free for your leisure. O/N in Hanoi.

Day 2: Joined Halong Bay overnight cruise trip (B, L, D, local guide onboard only)

Our shuttle bus and guide will pick you up at your hotel. Arrive in Halong board Halong Phoenix Cruiser. Lunch is served with a welcome drink while the boat cruises the bay to enjoy the beautiful limestone seascape. After visiting Amazing cave we stop at a floating house and go kayaking to Luon cave to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the bay. Fresh fruit platter will be served followed by a dinner between 6h30 and 7h00 pm, overnight on board.

Day 3: Ha Long – Hanoi (Brunch, local guide onboard only)

Sunrise breakfast and cruise around the clear & emerald water to another part of Halong bay with a close up view of stunning limestone peaks such as Drum cave, Man’s head Islet….Heading to Van Gia fishing village, you will have the opportunity to understand more about the fishermen’s daily life. Having lunch on board with a variety of local foods, enjoying the rest of the boat trip before back to Halong dock. Have a short break before en route to Hanoi .

Day 4: Hanoi free then fly to Hue (B, DP)

Today is free time to discover the city tour. The suggested sites are Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One Pillar Pagoda, which was built in the 11th century in the shape of a lotus according to the legend of the King’s dream; the Temple Of Literature, the first university in Vietnam, dedicated to Confucius and Vietnamese most successful scholars and the Museum of History.

In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for flight to Hue. Transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight in Hue.

Day 5: Hue joined daily tour (B, L, G)

After breakfast at hotel, you will start to visit the city with the others: visit the Royal Imperial Citadel and take a boat cruise to Thien Mu pagoda and Ming Mang King’s tomb. The tour will be continued by visiting Tu Duc King’s tombs. Overnight in Hue.

Note: the sightseeing fee for Imperial Citadel (55 000VND/ pax) and Ming Mang King’s tomb or Tu Duc King’s tomb (55 000VND/ pax) aren’t included.

Day 6: Hue- Hoi An (B, shuttle bus)

After breakfast, you will walk to the bus stop and catch the bus to Hoi An. It departs Hue at 8h00 and you will arrive in Danang at 11h00. Stop at Lang Co beach for relaxing and sightseeing in 20 minutes.

Check in hotel in Hoi An and explore the old merchant town of Hoi An on your own.

Hoi An town with Chinese Assembly Halls, beautiful Japanese-covered Bridge, narrow winding streets and ancestral family homes is a nice place to visit. Be tempted by its art galleries, handcrafted woodwork, ceramics, lanterns, embroidery and tailor shops.

Day 7: Hoi An- Danang – fly to HCMC (B, DP in Hoi An and HCMC)

Free time in Hoi An before driving to Danang airport for  late afternoon flight to HCMC.

Upon arrival, our driver will pick you up and transfer to your hotel for checking in. Free afternoon to discovery the city. Overnight in HCMC.

Day 8: Joined tour to Mekong delta (B, L, G)

In the morning, you will depart for My Tho Town in the Mekong Delta, 70km from Ho Chi Minh City. Stop to visit Ben Luc Temple which belongs to local Cao Dai Religion. After arrival in My Tho, you will take the motorized boat through the natural canal, view the fish market and islets of Dragon, Phoenix, Tortoise and Unicorn. Lunch at a local house on the island with local specialties. Transfer to a sampan row boat along the natural canal. Visit fruit plantation farm, bee farm, coconut candy factory & enjoy taking a horse-cart ride. Back to My Tho wharf by boat and visit Dong Tam snake farm if time permits. Drive back to HCMC in the late afternoon. Dinner on your own. Overnight in HCMC.

Day 9: Joined tour to Cu Chi tunnels and HCMC free (B, G)

8h00, we venture beyond the city limits to the former Viet Cong stronghold at Cu Chi, where we explore this remarkable tunnel network. You will come back HCMC at noon. And, it is your free time. Overnight in HCMC.

Note: the sightseeing fee of Cu Chi tunnels (80 000VND/ pax) isn’t included.

Day 10: HCMC departure (DP)

Free time in HCMC before transferring to Ho Chi Minh City Airport for your ongoing flight. Trip ends.
